About Our Company
Investment Property Advisors of San Diego was launched at the beginning of the 1982 economic crisis by default. When the bottom fell out of the residential housing market, our founder, Rich Singley, was left holding 30 rental houses that he wanted to sell, but couldn’t. So he set out to find a property manager with similar beliefs and management preferences as to his own. Later that year, Rich started in property management and opened doors for business.

What’s the secret to our success? We attribute it to an incredible team and a thriving company culture. Our company culture influences everything about how we do business with our owners and tenants. It’s also the basis for which we hire new employees. Having competent job qualifications is, of course, necessary, but embracing the IPA core values is what matters first.
